Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 hours of shipment to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders can be picked up in store. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING RATES
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS standard rates. Delivery is usually in 2 - 5 days. An additional shipping cost of $3.00 applies to orders to cover packing materials.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

Any orders over $100.00 USD receive free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at silva.a@silvansons.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
